venues across Australia. Join us and bring your logistics skills to a fast-paced, dynamic

environment in the entertainment world!

What You’ll Do:

● Oversee Operations: Manage our high-end lighting and staging equipment warehouse.

● Inventory Management: Track serial numbers, test fixtures, and ensure stock

accuracy.

● Forklift Operation: Safely load and unload industry-leading lighting gear.

● Logistics Coordination: Work with providers to secure timely deliveries to concerts,

theatres, and events.

● Interstate Liaison: Communicate with ShowTools warehouses across the country.

● Maintain Safety & Organisation: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient.

● System Use: Utilise HirePOS, Microsoft Office, and email to track inventory and process

orders.

● Equipment Care: Perform light testing and minor repairs on lighting equipment as

needed.

What We’re Looking For:

● Experience: Background in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.

● Interest: A genuine passion for the entertainment and audiovisual industry.

● Tech Skills: Proficiency with computer systems.

● Organisational Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain detailed inventory

control.

● Certifications: A valid forklift license and experience handling high-value equipment.

● Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team.

● Licenses: A Victorian Driver’s License and Forklift License
