SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Our Service Department operates from Sunshine, Victoria (VIC).

Service closures: 23–26 December and 31 December – 1 January. Outside these dates, limited service technician availability applies.

Service is available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays only. All service bookings must be scheduled in advance – please notify Lucas prior to sending or delivering any equipment.

Products outside of their warranty and products with faults not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee will be subject to a minimum inspection fee of $66.00 GST inclusive per 0.5 hrs

Once a fixture is received and inspected by our Service team, we will contact you to confirm warranty status, provide a repair quote (if applicable), and advise the estimated repair timeframe.

Please note that some replacement parts may need to be sourced from overseas suppliers, which may extend repair lead times. Where this is the case, you will be advised accordingly.
